Individual guests

• Cancellations up to one week before arrival: 20 % of the agreed price corresponding to the deposit paid when ordering by phone or e-mail.

• Cancellation between one week and one day before arrival - 50% refund of total price

• Cancellation made on the day of arrival/no show - No refund

• Cancellations up to two weeks before arrival: 20 % of the agreed price corresponding to the deposit paid when ordering by phone or e-mail.

• Cancellation made later than between two weeks and one week before arrival - 50% refund of total price

• Cancellation made later than one week before arrival/no show - No refund
